  • Peas     ¾ cup (fresh or frozen)
  • Potatoes 3 medium (peeled and diced in ½ inch cubes) 
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp 
  • Garlic 4 cloves (minced) 
  • Broth 1 pound (chicken or vegetable broth) 
  • Fresh Parsley ⅓ rd cup (chopped) 
  • Dried Thyme ½ tsp (or 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves) 
  • Salt 1 tbsp 
  • Black pepper 1 tsp (freshly ground) 

What you Need to Do 

  • Take your instant pot. Pour some 2 glasses of water in it. 
  • Add all the vegetables e.g. onions, carrots, celery, potatoes, green beans, peas, sweet corn with olive oil. 
  • Fix the lid of the instant pot and set it on pressure cooking for 5 minutes. 
  • Remove the instant pot from the flame and release the steam. 
  • Unlock the lid and now add chicken broth or vegetable broth in it. I prefer chicken broth as it gives more relish to the soup.
